Any way the wind blows: EU support for offshore wind energy and infrastructure

Since the adoption of the offshore strategy in November 2020 and the entry into force of the revised TEN-E Regulation in June 2022, conditions for the uptake of offshore renewable energy have become increasingly favourable. How does the revised TEN-E Regulation contribute to the development of offshore renewable energy and the necessary infrastructure? This session touches upon its offshore provisions from various perspectives: the Commission, Member States, industry, and TSO.
