Brussels RAPTOR Video

Tour & Taxis is a major brown site redevelopment site in the heart of Brussels.
In Tour & Taxis, the EIT Urban Mobility programme RAPTOR funded a challenge to address how we can increase housing density in cities without increasing traffic, congestion and GHG emissions. The winning solution was a person-to-person shared mobility application.
Volvero, an Italian SME, developed the application to allow peer-to-peer solutions allowing residents to pool their car, moped or scooters and reduce costs and increase mobility choice. This simple solution allowed uptake of new mobility without any intermediary, complex infrastructure or additional costs.
