CINTRAN presents: Phase out coal slower or faster? Effects of Russia’s war in Ukraine on the Just Transition
The CINTRAN consortium is following the repercussions of Putin’s war in Ukraine on the political economy of the energy market in Europe. That is why we exceptionally decided to focus our kick-off event for the capacity-building event series for coal+ regions on how it is affecting European coal+ regions, with insights of practitioners from Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania.
