BAPAURA is a three-year project which aims at facilitating the refurbishment of public buildings in small and mid-size municipalities, by developing advanced and centralized energy services dedicated to them.

The services are focusing on project development assistance : legal, technical and financial.

The project, during its duration, is expected to target 115 public buildings refurbishments, triggering a total of EUR 23.6 million investment (so far, 9.9 million have been invested).
