The European Commission has been supporting coal, peat, lignite and oil shale (coal+) regions in the EU along their just transition journeys. This video introduces the Initiative and describes the avenues of assistance for EU regions, such as peer-to-peer exchange, published knowledge resources, and tailored guidance on designing a needs-specific energy transition.
